Outside:
The driveway to Harbour Hill is about 80yards up Foxhole lane on the right. In front of the house there is a tarmac parking area, gravelled area with a sunny bench against the house and a small lawn with rotary washing line.
A side gate and walkway along the side of the house, leads to 45’ long lawned garden fenced or hedged all around. There is a raised deck next against the house (accessed from house by French doors) with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ. There’s a pleasant view of the sea from deck and lawn.

The kitchen is open plan, divided
from the dining area by a breakfast bar. There is a nice sea view
from the window which also looks onto the garden. There is a dishwasher,
microwave, electric hob and oven, under counter fridge. The washing
machine, tumble dryer and freezer are in the garage.
