As well as being convenient for the beach and coastal path, Sea Thrift is a cosy spot for an off season break. It is well insulated with adjustable radiators in all rooms and fully double glazed - highly suitable for those seeking to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall out of peak season.Linen and towels are provided.
Sea Thrift is just in front of Zebulan, but is completely separate, with it’s own distinct patio areas to front and side. Zebulan is an ‘upsidedown’ house and has a garden at the rear, meaning that the occupants of the chalet and the house can be quite independent. However, for larger groups the chalet and house make a good combination.
Cot and highchair are available.
Electricity and heating are included.
There is central heating and constant hot water.

Outside:
Parking: The property is approached up a sloping private driveway from Canton. At the top of the slope Sea Thrift has a good sized parking space. The chalet is 10yards level walk from the parking space (it is usually possible to drive to the front door for unloading).Front patio: A low hedge surrounds a small slate paved patio with seating in front of the chalet, wooden French doors open to the sittingroom.
Side patio: French doors from bedroom open onto side patio with slate paving surrounded by curved slate topped walls. This is a pleasant place to relax with garden furniture and table for dining, parasol and BBQ.
Inside:
Open plan living /kitchen/dining room.Livingroom area has sofabed, armchair, TV, DVD, CD/cassette/radio. Oak diningtable and chairs.
Kitchen area with fitted units, electric hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, integrated fridge with freezer compartment and integrated washer/dryer. Steam iron and small ironing board. All necessary equipment for cooking and dining.
Double bedroom with 4’6” double, good quality divan bed. Bedside cabinets each with side lamps. Linen cupboard with small hanging space, full length mirror. Duvet and pillows. Drawers in bed contain bedding for sofa bed and extra blankets.
Bathroom: Entered through bedroom, the bathroom has full size bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin with shaver point, mirror cabinet.General: Fitted wool carpet throughout, except for vinyl in kitchen area and tiles in bathroom.
Location:
Sea Thrift and Zebulan are up a sloping private driveway joining Canton opposite the Harbour’s Reach café. The café is on the left as you drive down (towards the sea) into the village.
The driveway levels after about 10 yards, the parking space for Sea Thrift is at this point. The drive continues a further 10 yards on the level, to the area in front of the chalet and Zebulan (the parking space for Zebulan is here).
