Tregenza is in a quiet residential location, but within easy reach of the beach and village shops. In an elevated south facing position, it is light and bright. It is well equipped and comfortably furnished. The separate tv/quiet room is a great asset.

 


Property Layout & Details:

Entrance Outside:
A path and steps lead to the front of the house through an elevated rockery leading to the lawned garden to the front and side with BBQ area and patio. The garden is south facing and has overlooks the bay below.

A gravel driveway at the side and rear of the house has parking for two cars. The rear door by driveway opens to the kitchen.

Inside:

Kitchen:
The property consists of a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with washing machine, twin oven cooker, microwave etc and extending breakfast table. Doors lead to dining room and downstairs hall.

Sitting/dining room:
A good sized and comfortably furnished room with dining table and chairs seating six near kitchen door. Sofas and armchairs at the other (seaward) end. Large windows on two sides give light aspect, sea and coastal view from main window.

Video/quiet room:
At the rear of the house overlooking the garden, a pleasant quiet room with seating and TV, video, DVD, books and games.

Downstairs Shower room/WC: Shower cabinet, sink and WC

Upstairs:

Main bedroom: Double bed, window overlooking sea.

Location

The house is approximately 250m uphill from the two safe sandy beaches and harbour of Gorran Haven. It is on the corner of Cliff Road and the seaward end of Perhaver Park in an elevated, south facing position overlooking the bay. At the side of the house there is a quiet cul de sac where it is also possible to park. Perhaver Park is a pleasant and well established residential area of thirty or so modern houses with attractive gardens.
