Inside:
Front glazed door opens onto a good sized downstairs hall.
Stairs lead up to large landing with hallway leading to back door and porch with stable door, beyond which is the garden.
Sittingroom has two sofas, TV, DVD, bookcase, rug. It has solid elm flooring and large window with sea glimpses.
Sliding glass doors lead from sittingroom to a glazed balcony or sunroom with wicker chairs and large cactus. Please note: The sunroom is accessible to guests and fine for use although it is currently in a poor state of repair (it might leak if it rains!).
Kitchen is separated from the sittingroom by oak French doors. A further door leads in from the upstairs hall. There is a separate dining area at one side of the kitchen with dining table and chairs. Dual aspect windows have pleasant views towards the sea and the garden.
The kitchen has maple fitted units with integrated appliances; gas hob, electric oven and grill, fridge and dishwasher (washing machine is in garage). It has a microwave and all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining. Across the landing there is a Family bathroom with bath, pedestal basin and WC

General:
There is access to garage / boiler & drying room from the downstairs hall. Guests are welcome to use the chest freezer located here and also to store bulky items / luggage / beach kit in the garage space. The washing machine is here.
Adjacent to the front of the property and sharing pedestrian access on the drive is a small holiday bungalow, ‘Seathrift’ which is let as 2 person accommodation during the season (details on this website).
