There are glimpses of the sea from the large sitting room, sunroom and kitchen with dining area. The mature garden is quiet and secluded, and has BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is parking for two cars at the front of the house.Zebulan is an upsidedown house, with the kitchen and reception area upstairs, taking advantage of the pleasant views over the neighbouring gardens and village rooftops to the sea. The house is not overlooked by adjacent properties and although close to it’s satellite property, Sea Thrift, the two do not share outdoor living areas, nor greatly encroach upon one another.

Front glazed door opens onto a good sized downstairs hall.
Stairs lead up to large landing with hallway leading to back door and porch with stable door, beyond which is the garden.
Sittingroom has two sofas, TV, DVD, bookcase, rug. It has solid elm flooring and large window with sea glimpses.Sliding glass doors lead from sittingroom to a glazed balcony or sunroom with wicker chairs and large cactus. Please note: The sunroom is accessible to guests and fine for use although it is currently in a poor state of repair (it might leak if it rains!).
Kitchen is separated from the sittingroom by oak French doors. A further door leads in from the upstairs hall. There is a separate dining area at one side of the kitchen with dining table and chairs. Dual aspect windows have pleasant views towards the sea and the garden.
The kitchen has maple fitted units with integrated appliances; gas hob, electric oven and grill, fridge and dishwasher (washing machine is in garage). It has a microwave and all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining. Across the landing there is a Family bathroom with bath, pedestal basin and WC

General:
There is access to garage / boiler & drying room from the downstairs hall. Guests are welcome to use the chest freezer located here and also to store bulky items / luggage / beach kit in the garage space. The washing machine is here.
Adjacent to the front of the property and sharing pedestrian access on the drive is a small holiday bungalow, ‘Seathrift’ which is let as 2 person accommodation during the season (details on this website).
Outside:There is a sloping driveway coming up from Canton, which levels out in the final 10 yards to the front of house, where there is a parking space (an additional parking space is available if required, next to the one for Sea Thrift at the top of the slope).
By the front door a covered terrace with ornamental granite troughs is a good place to leave wetsuits, bodyboards, etc.
At the back of the house there is a pleasant, enclosed garden, with lawn, apple trees and a variety of mature shrubs and trees, many distinctive to Cornwall. The garden is partly on a slope, with level area near the house for outdoor dining etc. There are sea views from the top of the garden.
Location
The driveway to Sea Thrift and Zebulan is opposite the Harbour’s Reach café. The café is on the left as you drive down (towards the sea) into the village.
