Lamledra Farmhouse Flat
Lamledra Farm House is at the top of the hill on the quiet undeveloped side of the village, on the edge of the National Trust headland leading to Dodman point and the beautiful Vault Beach. The flat is the top floor of the Victorian Farm house and has generous proportions and lots of space.
The windows frame lovely peaceful views across fields to the sea. It is a good place for a family holiday but has such a romantic feel, it would be rather nice without the children too. There are inspiring coastal walks from the front door. Gorran Haven beach and village is 5 minutes down hill (rather more back up), Vault beach can only be walked to and is about 10 minutes away.

Apartment Layout
The Farmhouse faces south just under the brow of the hill on a quiet lane. Outside the gate there is a parking space on the verge. Through an overgrown arched garden gate and pretty garden, the path leads to steps at the side of the house, up to the first floor.
The front door opens into porch with coat pegs, surf board storage etc. Small utility room with washing machine, off this.
Inner front door leads into a corridor with bathroom and separate WC to left.
Bathroom has bath with shower over, sink, airing cupboard (immersion heated water).
Old fashioned WC with high level cistern, shelf of books.
Hallway then turns left and opens out into largish open area with rooms off, lit by large end window.
Sittingroom with original fireplace, comfortably furnished. Large window overlooking garden.
Large kitchen/ diningroom with dishwasher, fitted units, sink etc. at one end and dining table chairs and dresser at the other. Two large windows.
Bedroom one has a lovely outlook with two windows and the double bed beautifully positioned to appreciate the views. Original fireplace.
Bedroom two next to main bedroom has 3 foot twin beds and window overlooking garden.
The Flat has sole use of the lawned garden to the left of the path (which has washing line and space for a barbeque and chairs) also a small wild wooded garden to the side. This second garden is unfenced, the foliage concealing a hammock strung between trees.
Please note that bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, but not bath towels.
