Treverrion, Perhaver Park, Gorran Haven

Trevarrion is a good sized 4 bedroomed house with an enclosed, south facing garden at the back of the house, with lovely sea views. The beach and village are about 8 minutes walk.

The house has lots of space and a lovely aspect, overlooking the sea (with binoculars you might see the seal family who live on the Gwineas rocks). The house is comfortable and unfussily furnished, rather late 1970's in feel. It is on Perhaver Park - the small estate of south facing houses above the older village - on a quiet road with pleasant, well established gardens all along it.

There is parking for two cars on the driveway in front of the house. Great for families and one dog is welcome (*subject to size & hairyness!).

Location

Teverrion is midway along Perhaver Park a small modern estate on the south side of Gorran Haven above the older cottages that are at the bottom of the valley next to the beach. Most of Perhaver Park was built in the 1970's and the houses have a well established air. The visible parts of their gardens are lovely to see with the usual array of exotics that thrive in Cornwall - palms and flowering shrubs.

Getting to the beach is about an 8 or 10 minute walk down hill - perhaps a bit more coming back up! You could drive and park in the village car park, but that would hardly be worth it. If the family tire of the beach, this house has a good garden to relax in. Outside the Summer period it is still a nice bright place to stay with the pleasant views.
